We consider scheduled time away from the office a necessary part of employee health and happiness. All full-time regular employees enjoy a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy, plus an annually-released schedule of paid holidays.
In addition to regular time off, our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Policy encourages all eligible employees to use up to 8 hours of VTO per calendar year to volunteer for the 501.c.3 nonprofit of their choice, or to join an employee-organized group effort.
