Troy is responsible for the management and rapid expansion of Century’s operations in Pennsylvania, where the firm now has five offices. He has maintained good relations with state and local authorities in the Keystone State and has kept all construction efforts running smoothly.
Troy joined Century in 1999 and quickly moved into positions of greater responsibility. He has served as a project manager, a department lead, and a division manager. After his successes in these roles, he took on the responsibility of administering the Pennsylvania operations.
