White Oak Expansion Project, Chester County, PA

This project involves the installation of 7.2 miles of 16-inch natural gas pipeline. The corridor crosses various property types that include agricultural and residential properties, and 92 landowners will require both permanent and temporary easements. This project also includes the expansion of the Delaware City Compressor Station. Technical expertise and project management will be provided to establish unit values for the real property to be acquired and for the purchase of a parcel for the expansion of the compression. Century will perform all typical right-of-way activities, and negotiations will be conducted in accordance with FERC regulations and eminent domain will be authorized.

Northern Expansion, Daleville South 2015, Chester County, PA

This project aims to upgrade the existing natural gas pipeline facilities through portions of Chester County, PA by installing approximately 7.5 miles of new 16-inch pipeline. The corridor crosses through both agricultural and residential properties and involves approximately 78 landowners that will require both permanent and temporary easements Century will provide the right-of-way project management as well as perform all typical right-of-way activities. Negotiations will be conducted in accordance with FERC regulations and eminent domain will be authorized.

Daleville Compressor Station, Chester County, PA

This project involved property title research and public outreach to comply with FERC regulations for notice to potentially affected landowners of a planned expansion. Century performed property title research within a two-mile radius of the existing Daleville Regulator Station.
