On Thursday, April 25th, Century attended the 2019 Miss Utility of Delmarva Awards Banquet, where utility locators throughout the Delmarva area were recognized for their achievements. Century’s Pedro Rivera, Dane Mayorga, Barry Stevens, Larry Champlin, Ricky Lewis, Steve Lee, Clinton Durham and Patrick Ellis were all presented with Locator Achievement Awards.
The Miss Utility of Delmarva Damage Prevention Committee established the Locator Achievement Awards program to recognize locators who have over 1,000 locates, zero at-fault damages, and exemplify outstanding safety practices for an entire calendar year.
Although DelDOT is our primary client, we have also located for Delaware State University and local contractors. The assets that we’ve located include traffic signals, electric, fiber optics, drainage, communication, gas, sewer and water.
