NXL Project Woodrow Wilson Bridge

The Woodrow Wilson Bridge project is the largest public works project in the mid-Atlantic region. The seven and a half mile long VDOT and FHWA project replaced the current bridge and four interchanges adjacent to the crossing that are important to its efficient operation.
