Century served as the East Hanover Township Engineer.  East Hanover Township is home to Penn National Race Course and Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation. The Township maintains over 110 miles of roadway, 19 bridges, and a .25 MGD wastewater treatment facility with collection system.  As the Township Engineer, Century assisted with the maintenance of their roadways, bridges, wastewater facility, and sanitary sewer collection system.  Century provided input for annual reporting needs, designs, bids, and operations within the Township.  Century also provided construction oversight for a new wastewater treatment facility project.
