Century provided engineering for a new, five building housing campus on the grounds of the Jewish Community Center in Baltimore County. The buildings are constructed of either wood framing or concrete floors supported by masonry bearing walls. The buildings are accessible to each other with enclosed connecting links.

• Designing an economical foundation system that would accommodate existing fill soils that were poorly consolidated.
• Developing economical structural framing systems that would accommodate architectural requirements and adhere to the Owner's budget.
• Designing lateral stability using wood framing and masonry components.
