This project involved the expansion and renovation of a neighborhood Hospital Center to include a new cardio-pulmonary unit, dialysis center and main lobby entrance canopy. These improvements, along with pharmacy, operating room and medical imaging suite upgrades are in response to the diverse public health needs of Northwest Baltimore City and County.

• Performing a structural evaluation of the existing buildings using limited record information.
• Coordinating structural systems with architectural and medical equipment requirements.
• Supporting new medical equipment from the existing building structure.
• Designing the main lobby entrance canopy to resist wind and snow loads.
