Short Term Disability Insurance

Short Term Disability insurance covers absences from work caused by an injury or illness occurring outside of work. This plan pays 66% of the employee's monthly base salary subject to a maximum of $1,000 per week after a 31-day waiting period has been satisfied. Earnings are retroactively paid from the eleventh working day of disability. The cost of this coverage is entirely covered by the company.
