Professional Development

Each of the states in which Century operates has adopted, or is considering adopting, continuous education and professional development requirements to maintain licensure. Century employs a software tracking tool to support all of our professionals in staying current with their licensure in multiple states. Century encourages all staff to obtain registrations and certifications as soon as qualified or achieved. Century will assist financially with preparation for tests, test fees and renewal fees required by each state. Also, Century may request a professional to obtain additional licensure in various states in which we operate.
