Medical Insurance

All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Century's medical insurance plan. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following one complete month of employment. The coverage provides both in-network and out-of-network coverage for the employee and family members. This program is tailored to the office location with the cost of coverage being shared between Century and the employee. The premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
