Long Term Disability Insurance

Long Term Disability insurance covers absences from work caused by an injury or illness occurring outside of work. This plan pays 60% of the employee's monthly base salary subject to a maximum of $6,000 per month after a 91-day waiting period has been satisfied. The cost of this coverage is entirely covered by the company.
