The complex contains 1,120 residential units, associated common spaces, and a 53 car parking garage accessed by two elevators. The complex's common areas include a community room, conference room, library, laundry room, activity room, and administrative office space. The facility was designed with numerous energy saving features and built using construction techniques and materials sufficient to meet the requirements for sustainable design.
