This new 5,380 square foot building serves as a community center and as such offers three meeting rooms for crafts, computer instruction, and games or general meetings. The HVAC needs were provided by an earth coupled water source heat pump system (geothermal). The building is served by five units. The plumbing in the building relocated the existing ballfield irrigation head end equipment, provided new wet sprinkler system throughout, and provided outside and inside restroom facilities.
The electrical design included relocating the power service, reconnection and submetering of the existing ball park lighting standards, as well as the design of a new power distribution layout for a submetered concession stand panel. A fire alarm system and telecommunication/data outlet layouts was also provided.
