Leave Time
We believe a healthy mind yields higher productivity. Employees who regularly enjoy a time of respite are mentally satisfied and free to do their best. Century encourages its employees to take scheduled time off with their family, or simply relax in their own way. To that end, we offer a combined sick and vacation leave time for eligible regular employees as detailed in the table below.

*Increases in accrual rates are effective the first pay day following the completion of the employee’s 60th month of service and 120th month of service, respectively.
Banking of leave is allowed for a rainy day situation, but your manager may encourage you to use it at times, as well.
