Holidays
Each year Century issues a holiday schedule that specifies eight (8) pre-determined day of paid time off for all full-time regular employees. These holidays usually are:

| Labor Day |
| Thanksgiving Day |
| Friday after Thanksgiving Day |
| ½ day prior to Christmas holiday |
| Christmas Day |
| ½ day prior to New Year's holiday |
| New Year's Day |
Depending on the calendar and at the company’s discretion, Century may combine the two ½ days into a complete day off.
