Educational Assistance and Professional Training

We believe our company goals are achieved through partnership with strong and knowledgeable employees. Thus, Century is committed to supporting the education and training of our staff, preparing you for the future, thereby aligning the company for success.

Financial assistance is provided for regular full-time employees who wish to further their education and who have completed twelve months of service, or where the course is required by the company as a condition of employment. Each course must be work related and taken at an approved educational institution. Tuition and related fees are reimbursed up to 75%.

Century also invests in various forms of training depending on each individual’s objective and position. Training is offered in technical competence and advancement, project management and financial skills, marketing development, and leadership initiatives. These four themes make up the heart of our training program, Century Engineering University (CEU). Continuous development critical to the long term success of both you and the company, should be an integral part of each individual’s annual performance review. The cost of this training is paid for 100% by the company.
