Century Engineering is providing construction management and inspection services to Anne Arundel County's Pavement Management Program. The Pavement Management Program consists of mill & overlay, pavement rehabilitation, patching, slurry seal, micro-surfacing, cape seal and formal design. Century Engineering is fully responsible for all pavement management contracts administered in the Infrastructure Management Division.

• Managing a shrinking budget versus an increase in construction cost.
• Balancing workload between various programs to effectively maintain the Level of Service for the County’s infrastructure.
• Implementing cost accounting procedures on all contracts emphasizing issues of cost effectiveness, cash flow, and cost accounting to assist the County with its financial oversight.
