This project is a 3-story 213,091 square foot office building located on 25.18 acres.  The site is located in the Phoenix area of Baltimore County on Ridgebrook Road, west of York Road.  The project included providing 1,278 parking spaces and internal driveways with three entrances to Ridgebrook Road. The design also provided access drives to the adjacent lots to give greater traffic circulation and access to Ridgebrook Road.
