Century Engineering provided civil engineering design services for site parking layout, loading dock layout with vehicle turning movement analysis, grading, sediment control, storm drainage (pipes 15-inch - 36-inch), public 8-inch water plan preparation, private 6-inch sewer connection, and earthwork estimation. The sites were designed to include three warehouse buildings with associated office space (271,550 s.f. & 313,850 s.f. & 176,053 s.f. respectively).

• Maximizing the yield of the site and satisfying the client's desires to construct flex-use warehouse buildings that were almost 880 feet long and 300 feet wide while also including the ability to be leased as either cross docked or retail fronted.
• Grading the site and designing the storm drain system to work with the previous stormwater management design approval.
• Working as a buyer's engineering representative and coordinating work with the land owner's engineer.
• Maximizing program while minimizing retaining walls.
• Making revisions to a tight site to accommodate tenant needs.
