This project involved multiple tasks for Northwest Hospital.

Parking Area West of Carlson Lane CRG, Environmental, Surveys - Prepared construction drawings for the parking south and north of the Medical Office Building and process for approval, permitting and construction period services. Prepared surveys, for the parking areas and environmental services and flood plain study for the parking area.

Rear Parking Lot Reconfiguration - Prepared construction plans for the rear parking lot reconfiguration and processed them for approval.

Carlson Lane Improvements - Provided services for the widening of Carlson Lane adjacent to the new parking lot on the west side of Carlson Lane. The work included topographic surveys, grading study, public road drawing, cross sections every 25 feet, preparation of a right-of-way agreement and as-built drawings.

Front Entrance - Prepared civil plans for improvements to the front entrance of the hospital.

Loading Dock - Provided civil, survey, landscape architecture, and construction period services.

• Grading of the site to reduce cuts and fills.
• Providing a stormwater management design that would reduce the on-ground footprint.
• Maximizing the layout for parking and drive circulation.
• Phasing of the loop road design in order to allow the use of the front entrance during construction.
• Working with Baltimore County to resolve that removing and replacing existing paving was not redevelopment, thus reducing stormwater management requirements.
