Maryvale School is proposing a 19,000 square foot Humanities/Arts building and 13,000 square foot library expansion to the existing school.  The existing turf area is being redesigned to include a 6-foot lane track, synthetic multi-purpose field, practice fields and softball field.  The existing parking and drive lanes are to be expanded to create a central school drop off and campus focus.  Working with the architect, the proposed master plan includes building siting and grading, field configuration and layout, parking lot and drop off area and stormwater management coordination.  The buildings were sited to be sensitive to the existing environmental setbacks and create a view shed to the existing historic building.
