Century’s Land Planning Department worked diligently with the developer on providing a master plan for the 47-acre site.  The site consisted of numerous buildings that were either assigned to be saved, refurbished or removed to allow for the proposed buildings.  Numerous layouts and revisions were prepared as the tenant’s requirements were examined.  The layout resulted in a high profile class ‘A’ office and warehouse project.

• Designing the proposed program while integrating the existing buildings and utilities.
• Preparing plans that met the multiple tenant requirements and maintaining the County zoning requirements.
• Coordinating with the in-house engineering staff on the effects of the plan revisions to the stormwater management and utilities.
