Century provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for this 3-story 150,000 square foot complex that included an Independent Living Facility and an Assisted Living Facility. The project was designed and constructed in two separate and distinct phases: Phase 1 provided the initial common areas as well as 96 Independent Living units and 24 Assisted Living units.  Phase II added another 67 Independent Living units, but required the conversion of two of the 1C units to create the connecting link between the original structure and the Phase II building. 

The Independent Living section also provides the majority of the complex’s common spaces which include a bar, exercise room, salon, sundry and an arts and crafts room.  It includes a dining area, a full kitchen and offices for the building. The Assisted Living section contains 24 units.  The Assisted Living Facility included an activity room, dining room, lounge, and health service area.
