This project involved a new 7,000 square foot clubhouse for the Woodlands and Diamond Ridge golf courses to replace the antiquated facility. A central dining area with an open cathedral ceiling was provided in addition to a large dividable dining area. A full cooking kitchen and bar were included. Men's and women's lockers and toilets were provided, along with a pro shop. A mechanical equipment mezzanine was constructed to maximize the usable space on the floor. Project features include:
- Two split AC systems with electric heat
- Supplemental electric duct and baseboard heaters
- Fire pump for complete sprinkler system
- Custom lighting fixture package
- Upgraded parking lot lighting
- Patio ceiling fans and lighting
- Coordination with kitchen consultant
- Completing construction outside of the normal golf season.
- Designing HVAC system to properly serve both high ceiling area as well as separate the dining space.
