This project was constructed in two phases. Phase 1 included a 3-story, 71,000 square foot hotel including 33,000 square feet of kitchen/dining, banquet, meeting and support space. Phase 2 (93,000 square feet) included additional lodging as well as locker and rental areas, ski/board shop, bars, meeting rooms, and indoor pool and hot tub. The majority of the facility was designed as traditional lodge space with open wood frame construction. Project features include:

• PTAC heat pumps
• Common area split AC systems with electric heat
• Exposed ductwork coordinated with open architecture
• Propane for cooking and domestic water heating
• Custom lighting fixture package
• Extension of existing primary utility power
• Complete sprinkler and fire alarm systems
• Coordination with kitchen and pool consultants
