This project involved the tenant fit-out of 15,000 square feet of space in the Timonium Crossing Shopping Center. Laboratory and testing services provided include MRI, PET scan, CT scan, X-ray, fluoroscopy and mammography. A large patient waiting area, multiple support offices, and changing rooms were included. Project features include:

• Multiple supplemental HVAC units
• New ADA toilet rooms
• New BGE transformer and service
• Upgraded electrical distribution
• Equipment specific electrical services
• Non-ferrous lighting fixtures for MRI, CT scan
• Multiple lighting dimming stations
• Fire alarm system extension

• Significant electrical service upgrade required to suit specialty testing equipment with high starting currents.
