Century's Mechanical and Electrical engineers and designers work hand in hand with architects, owners, developers, civil engineers, structural engineers and other specialty project consultants to develop project documents covering all aspects of facility and site design in both the public and private sectors. Our recent experience includes office and retail building shells; restaurants; tenant fit-outs; schools; banks; medical office buildings, clinic and laboratories; nursing homes; apartment buildings, garden apartments, condominiums; student housing; recreational facilities, lodges and clubhouses; community centers; and large mixed-use complexes incorporating residential, office and/or retail spaces.

Although a large percentage of our work is performed as sub-contracted services to architects, we also frequently serve as the Prime Professional firm. We pride ourselves on our high rate of repeat clients, with many of these offering us opportunities on Open End Contracts where multiple tasks are negotiated directly with us under a single, multiple year agreement. We have recently been awarded Open End Contracts by such notable entities as JHU Applied Physics Laboratory; University of Maryland College Park; Maryland Transit Administration; Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Anne Arundel County; Frederick County Public Schools, the Columbia Association, and Carroll County Department of Public Works.
