- A new access drive with site lighting
- Power/communications services
- Landscaping
- Storm sewer collection system
- Stormwater management plan and BMP's
- Driveway entrance to the local road
- All associated cleaning, stripping, grading, water quality, and E&SC measures
- Utility coordination and relocation
- Grading the site to provide best management practices and conform to DEP stormwater requirements and erosion and sedimentation control requirements with an existing stream in close proximity to the building site and proposed footprint.
- Coordinating utilities to provide new service to the new residence while maintaining services to the existing farmhouse occupied by students during construction.
