Messiah College, a private Christian college of the liberal and applied arts and sciences, enrolls more than 2,900 undergraduate students. Century has been working with Messiah College for the past 15 years. Our services have included mechanical and electrical design for interior renovations such as those required in the Murray Library.

Changes in the use and operation of the Murray Library in the years since its last major expansion in 1975 impacted several areas in the library.  The greatest of these impacts was observed at the existing circulation desk area which experienced significant growth resulting from increased utilization of the library and a corresponding expansion of the collection by both books and the addition of electronic media.  These changes are now being accommodated by the new computerized catalog and circulation control systems.  Century also updated interior lighting and added a new lighting control system to the campus library.
