Century is providing engineering services for this construction project to upgrade campus wide electrical utilities.  This project covers a 250-acre campus and serves over 8,000 students and 1,000 employees. Electricity is used as the primary utility source for the entire Millersville campus and this project was required in order to sustain over 60 major buildings with heat, air conditioning, and lights.  Our design replaced the existing radial feed system with a new loop feed system to improve system reliability and reduce the frequency and extent of power outages on the campus. 

• Phasing replacement of all medium voltage feeder conductors while keeping building on campus energized.
