The Shops at Canton Crossing

The Shops at Canton Crossing is a 35-acre brown field redevelopment project located in the heart of Baltimore City’s Canton revitalization area. Century’s planners and engineers participated in design charettes with the architects and stake holders. Century prepared P.U.D. drawings, site plans and construction drawings.

West Half Street


Century Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for this 665,000 square foot, 13 story, mixed use building in Washington, D.C.  The project has 3 levels of below grade parking and 45,000 sq ft of retail area on the first two levels, with the remainder of the building consisting of 465 apartments and associated support/amenities areas, including several gathering rooms, a gym, and rooftop deck areas.
